Oshawa, Ont.-based Minacs, a business and technology outsourcing company, today announced it will partner with Nippon Systemware (NSW), a Japanese IT solution provider, to offer technology-enabled customer experience management services for the connected devices and IoT market.
The alliance will enable both organizations to leverage each other’s expertise and experience to address the unique business challenges in the IoT world, a Minacs release stated.
“While everyone has been talking about IoT and connected devices, the reality is taking time to shape up,” said Mike Doobay, global leader–telematics, IoT, and ALT CRM at Minacs. “Companies are unsure of how to manage the entire customer experience and to enable technology integration and deployment.”
The partnership brings together NSW’s Toami platform and Minacs’ Aurora GenC platforms and its customer experience expertise. Toami is a cloud-based non-programming platform that enables development of IoT offerings, which connect to communication devices and networks, display and manage data, and link to external services on a cloud server.
GenC applications are equipped with modules to support omni-channel marketing automation, e-commerce, billing and revenue management, big data analytics, and customer experience management.
