Two organizations who say they are working to ensure industry is armed with the best possible information about cybersecurity have agreed to co-operate on future joint initiatives.
The Information Technology Association of Canada and the Smart Cybersecurity Network (SERENE-RISC) said today they will work collectively to share and mobilize cybersecurity knowledge.
“The new partnership with SERENE-RISC brings together the Canadian aggregator of cyber-security research with the aggregator of Canadian ICT companies with a strong interest in cyber security,” said ITAC president and CEO Karna Gupta.
SERENE-RISC’s Scientific Director Benoît Dupont said the two organizations have a lot to share.
With the agreement, ITAC becomes the Network’s first Affiliate member and has access to Konnect, the SERENE-RISC’s online knowledge-sharing platform. It also gains access to knowledge digests to distribute to its members.
