Canadian CEOs have ‘serious’ talent concerns: study

The Blu Ivy Group today released the results of the first Canadian Employer Brand Trends Study, highlighting the opinions and feedback of over 100 Canadian HR and C-Suite leaders on their employer brand programs, challenges and goals.

“Most CEO and CHRO leaders we speak with are seeking a holistic strategy that will measurably impact engagement, recruitment, communications, customer experience and brand reputation. Canadian business has never had a greater urgency to align talent and accelerate performance, ” said Blu Ivy Group Managing Director, Stacy Parker.

There are some telling gaps between what leadership is looking to achieve with employer branding strategy, available resources, and expertise, the report notes.
