Bell Canada today introduced a suite of products it said are designed to improve real-time communication across corporate environments, anywhere, anytime and through any device.
“More than ever, businesses are finding that effective collaboration is critical in creating value and competing in today’s market,” said Stphane Boisvert, president of Bell Enterprise Group.
“With these unified capabilities, Canadian companies will be able to improve real-time interaction among employees, with partners, across the supply chain and with clients.”
The products include Converged Office, which integrates business-grade telephony with desktop applications, Virtual Meeting (the ability to connect, meet and share without leaving your desk), Unified Communications (UC) and Voice over IP Readiness Assessments and a tool called ROI Analysis.
To better understand how to transform communications across an enterprise, Bell recently adopted collaboration initiatives throughout its own organization.
As technology evolves, todays workforces are becoming increasingly mobile and geographically dispersed, the company said.
As a result, organizations are looking at more effective ways to improve the ways in which people, working groups and business partners communication and share information.
