Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc., an Alcatel-Lucent company, today unveiled key capabilities of its Dynamic Contact Center (DCC) at VoiceCon in Orlando..

The company claims it will prevent customer frustration, drives contact centre efficiencies and accelerates business innovation.

As contact centers become increasingly important corporate assets,customer service organizations must transform themselves into service centres, which optimize customer traffic, internal resources and business outcomes, it said in a statement.
