Forest Hill Towers, the newly renovated 151-unit high rise building in Fredericton, N.B., has become the first FibreOP enabled multi-residential building in Atlantic Canada.

Killam Properties Inc. partnered with Bell Aliant to retrofit the building with FibreOP enabling their tenants to take advantage of the ultimate television and Internet experience.

A kitchen fire at Forest Hills on Sept. 9, 2009 resulted in extensive smoke and water damage to the nine-storey building.

Following nine months of renovations, Forest Hills reopened in July  to both new and existing tenants. Tenants now enjoy many upgrades including fiber direct to their suite.
