Wieland Electric Inc. has expanded its line of pluggable, PCB spring clamp terminal strips in order to accommodate increased pitch applications.

Designated the 8413 BFK Series, the printed circuit board connectors are available with an optional screw flange designed to lock in the pluggable connection to protect from vibration and/or accidental disconnect.

The optional flange is an added feature for designers and end users to ensure the integrity of the connection that may be jeopardized by vibration.

Available in two to 12-pole versions at 7.62 mm (0.3″) pitch spacings, the terminal strips are CSA and UL approved for 300V, 12A for wire sizes 22-12 AWG. They are also designed with a tongue and groove to allow for coding, to prevent mismating.
