Rittal Systems Ltd. has introduced the FlatBox, a wall-mounted and floor standing enclosure that can be assembled by just one person and without the need of any tools.

Available in heights of between 6 and 21 U, depths of between 400 and 700 millimetres and widths of 600 to 700 millimetres, each has passive ventilation and can have active fans installed as an option to ensure that active equipment is ventilated with ambient air.

Assembling the units is a relatively simple task. The wall section is used to mark the four attachment points on the wall and the appropriate plugs and screws installed.
