Whether accessing enterprise networks via wired hubs or wireless access points, it enables an IT professional to see the results of seven layer protocol analysis, active discovery, SNMP device analysis, RMON2 traffic analysis and physical layer testing.

The analyzer provides 10/100/1000 MB wired and 11 MB wireless visibility in an integrated and portable package.

In addition to the OptiView wireless options, Fluke is also shipping WaveRunner, a palm-sized device that grant access to a suite of test tools. They include the detection of wireless access points and clients, wireless channel scanning and wireless traffic analysis.
