Pass & Seymour/Legrand, a manufacturer of electrical wiring devices and home systems, has released a new line of Low Voltage Brackets for use with mounting class 2 low-voltage devices.

The brackets incorporate reinforcement ribs to minimize racking, side stabilizer tabs, cable tie ports to hold cable during trim-out, countersink holes to prevent wallboard bow, and the Quick Click system to secure the devices easily without stripping out.

They can also be mounted in new and old work applications, with or without Quick Click. New work brackets come in nail-on, face-mount and screw-on styles, and metallic swing brackets are available for old work. They are coloured bright green to be easily distinguishable from line voltage boxes and some can be used in dual voltage applications.
