Dave Stewart, Toronto Blue Jays Assistant Manager, joins Aaron Tewey, 14 and Kelsen Chau, 10, patients at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, as they explore a video game on STARBRIGHT World, a private interactive network.

Launched in Canada on September 25, the STARBRIGHT network will connect The Hospital for Sick Children to 76 hospitals across North America. The network offers private and secure access to web sites, chat-rooms, bulletin boards, e-mail and instant messaging for children and teenagers.

Sprint supplied the network infrastructure, while Global One contributed high-speed network connections and while Dell Canada donated the PCs for the technology initiative.
