The Wireless Gateway, new from Holocom Networks, is a ceiling-mounted enclosure that houses wireless electronics for companies requiring wireless network connectivity. Concealed in the ceiling, the plenum-rated enclosure houses wireless access points to a company’s network in situations where ceiling cabling drops and poles are not acceptable.

The company says the product is designed to let office designers, IT and facility managers provide LAN connectivity, while reducing or eliminating most cabling. The product can be used in an all-wireless building or used to augment an existing LAN.
