Entourage Technology Solutions Inc. of Montreal, one of Canada’s largest professional and field services organization, has launched a new network infrastructure division.

Called Systm, the Mississauga-based division was formed to provide communication infrastructure and electrical services to the commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.

Launched in style at the Indian Motorcycle Caf in Toronto last November, the company brought together about 100 industry types and partners to give them a preview of what the new division will offer the industry.

“Systm offers one-stop shopping to meet our clients’ infrastructure needs,” says Steven Turner, VP of Systm. “We now offer voice and data systems along with the electrical component, serving the construction and service industry on a national scale.” Mr. Turner says the company will be able to draw on a network of more than 3,000 professionals across Canada.

Entourage, which started as an inside wiring field services company for Bell Canada in 1996, has grown to become a full telecom network engineering, design, construction, management and consulting firm with more than 3,400 employees across the country. In addition to Systm, Entourage is also the parent company of MIR Technology Solutions, ForceCom Solutions and Dykam Electric.
