The Eclipse 2 raceway, new from the Wiremold Company, is a dual-channel workstation raceway that features Ortronics data/communications technology.

The company says the raceway system was designed with an intermediate size and capacity to eliminate the need to use multiple small raceways or a large raceway with excess capacity.

The Eclipse 2 raceway has an integral, one-third and two-thirds divider. Its 1 7/16-inch profile accommodates up to seven no. 12 AWG wires (in the smaller channel) and 12 UTP cables at 40 per cent fill (in the larger channel). The raceway also features full-capacity two-inch bend radius fittings to protect fiber optic and UTP cable.

The raceway, which has a pre-assembled base, divider and cover, is fully compatible with Ortronics connectivity for UTP, STP, fiber optic, audio and video.
