The Eaton Corp. has introduced the Powerware 9355, a three-phase UPS that is scalable and contains self-diagnostic capabilities that alert potential problems before they become costly incidents.

The unit itself is equipped with power management software for secure remote monitoring over a LAN or the Internet and also includes one year of Eaton’s new eNotify remote monitoring service.

The service provides customers with 24×7, real-time response to UPS and battery alarms, immediate notification of significant events via phone, e-mail or pager, remote troubleshooting and problem resolution. It also includes a monthly monitoring report detailing performance and trend analysis of the Powerware 9355.

The 9355 is available in 10 kVA and 15 kVA models.
