ROCHESTER, NH — Enterasys Networks, Inc. has appointed Paul Zink to lead its Canadian operations. As vice president, Canada Region, Zink will guide the company’s growth in Canada and will focus on sales and marketing and channel development for the enterprise networking company.

Zink has 21 years of experience on the Canadian technology scene, and has held several sales positions at companies such as General Datacomm and NCR Corporation. Prior to joining Enterasys, Zink spent nine years at Cisco Systems, most recently as senior regional manager responsible for sales, marketing and business development.

“Enterasys has made its presence in Canada felt,” said Zink. Enterasys’ Canadian operations include the recent establishment of a Research and Development Design Centre in Toronto that has produced works in routing and virtual private networking (VPN) space.
