BICSI adds 20 new courses to its learning networkComments Off
BICSI this week added 20 new courses to BICSI CONNECT, its online, interactive learning network. The new courses cover topics relating to business, project management and safety. Geared to help ITS professionals earn continuing education credits (CECs) through online courses, BICSI CONNECT offers students convenient and cost-effective Web-based training, which can be completed at their own pace.
“The new reality seems to be reduced budgets for educational travel, so we are working hard to develop new and better ways to bring local BICSI training to ITS professionals where they live and work,” said BICSI president Jerry Bowman.
BICSI CONNECT, which made its debut in 2007 with eight courses, is now 45 strong. The learning network includes the ITS Design Fundamentals Program, a set of five introductory courses that serve as a first step for professionals looking to learn more about the industry and advance their careers by obtaining BICSI credentials.
