BICSI executive director David Cranmer has announced the appointment of Richard Dunfee as the organization’s new director of professional development.

“Richard’s vast knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry will be invaluable as BICSI looks to bring the technical aspects of the association back into focus,” Cranmer said in a release.

Dunfee previously served as the training program manager for BICSI’s department of professional development and credentialing. He returns after working as an ITS consultant and in various project management functions for Verizon during the past two years.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University and has been a member of BICSI since 1989.
