Digital document management and printing giant Oc has selected AT&T Inc. to provide an IP-based Virtual Private Network (VPN) in a four-year contract worth US$6.4 million.

AT&T will deliver voice and data services, connecting Oc’s operations in the U.S. with the company’s global data centres in Germany. The contract covers 160 sites: 155 are in the U.S., two are in Europe, two are in Canada (Toronto and Montreal) and one is in Mexico.

The company operates in 80 countries and has its own sales and service establishments in more than 30 countries, employing 24,000-plus people.

Oc’s research and manufacturing facilities are located in Canada, the Netherlands, U.S., Germany, Belgium, France, Romania, the Czech Republic and Singapore. The company’s headquarters are in Venlo, Netherlands.
